Here is your how-to guide to navigate the virtual event and join the sessions.
HOW CAN I JOIN THE EVENT?
To be able to join the live event and participate to the live sessions you will need first to register to our event through the “Register” button in this website. You will then receive a confirmation email with your unique link to access the live event.
When the event is about to start, please access through the “Join the Event” you have received via email. If when the event is about to start you can’t find the email anymore, don’t worry! We will re-send you your unique link 15 minutes before the event starts.
HOW CAN I JOIN A SESSION?
Once you land on the Agenda for the day through your unique link, you will see a ‘Join Broadcast’ Button. Just click it to watch that specific session. Please note you will only be able to join the broadcast at the start time of that session.
To enjoy the session, you can click on the full-screen mode. When the session ends, just reduce the screen size again to go back to the agenda and see the next live sessions.
SUGGESTED BROWSER
All the sessions will take place in your browser, you won’t need to download any software to enjoy our event.
Please note that Edge and Explorer are not fully supported. The best performing browser for the event is Chrome. So, if your pre-defined browser is Edge or Explorer, please make sure to copy and paste your “Join the Event” URL into Chrome in order to enjoy the event to the fullest.
I’M HAVING TROUBLE CONNECTING TO THE SESSION
If you can’t join the broadcast from the “join link” you have received via e-mail, please join from this link. When you land on this page, you will be asked to verify your identity via e-mail and you will be logged in.
Should you have any problem with the authentication process and third party cookies settings here below the procedure to troubleshoot this:
On Google Chrome, go to Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Site Settings -> Cookies & Save Data -> uncheck Third Party Cookies.
On Firefox, go to Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Browser Privacy -> Change Setting to Custom -> uncheck Cookies and Tracking Content
On Edge, go to Settings -> Privacy and Services -> Tracking Prevention -> Change the default “Balanced” to “Basic”
